ReplyDeleteThose Dancing Ladies Orchid flowers are beautiful and aptly named, but just the name of the pasta would put me off eating it. I have never seen so many food trays in a restaurant before. There must be a large kitchen staff to
provide 80 dishes. A good place to go for a take away meal. Your son looks happy and he is fit too.

ReplyDeleteI think I have eaten pasta in just about every style and it is always good. No wonder it was used to lure in clients, although I suspect that men with sex on their mind didn't need much additional inducement!

ReplyDeleteI had many times whore pasta (in the style of the whore), but I didn't know that Italian legend ๐ฎ๐ช ๐... thank you for the explaination. Nice architecture of the Brussels' medieval cathedral! I have never been to Belgium.

When I saw the photo of your son in the first collage I was going to ask in my comments who that cyclist was -- it looked like one of "Rick's people." (Rick's people are serious riders who will tackle just about any kind of terrain!) I think they would get along well.

Oh my gosh, I would so love going into the restaurant that serves 80 dishes! They all look delicious. Cathedral of St. Michael made me smile. He is one of my beloved Saints. As I am Italian I ate many times "pasta alla puttanesca" and that kind of pasta is called "rigatoni" or "mezze maniche".

Beautiful orchid and all that food on the economy rice line; made me wonder how they charge people (I know more than a few people who would help themselves to wayyy too much ...) They way I heard about Pasta Puttanesca was that the "ladies" would make it for themselves after a busy night, because it is so quick. Whichever way is true, it is good and the aroma is delicious of course. Bacon!!!
