Bing! Bang! Boom! Boom! CLANG!
Of all the skills my son chose to take up during lockdown!
Haha! Right back at ya, tone-deaf karaoke neighbour on the third floor!
Nah, I was merely joking. It's a digital drum set so all you really hear is the sound of the drumsticks tapping on the e-pads.
But it still is a tad annoying!

Cool instrument for him to choose!! Now what kind of headphones did you get to counteract the noise????
ReplyDeletebetty
...helps not to feel lonely! LOL!
ReplyDeleteStay safe you all.
Haha! brilliant I have the same question as Betty LOL
ReplyDeleteHave a taptastically safe week 😷😷😷
Oh dear he's not going to be popular with locked down neighbours!
ReplyDeleteit's better than a real set of drums
ReplyDeleteKeren!.
ReplyDeleteItu akan mengasah bakat anak jadi drummer profesional nantinya.
Looks like fun! Hope he enjoys it and you don't go crazy!
ReplyDeleteHa! We have a real drum set in our basement that our grandchildren played every time they came to visit. I can't wait to hear it again when the quarantine is lifted!
ReplyDeletelooks like he's making good use of his time at home. :-)
ReplyDeletesherry @ fundinmental
Only if the drumming would sound professional I would enjoy it - of course it also depends on the time, and how loud you hear it.Inventive post for All Seasons - thank you!
ReplyDeleteMore than half an hour would be too much for me!
About your cookie dcorating - that is creative! I love it. Would be nice if you could draw and paint cartoons like that" Ever tried? Now you have the time, lol! The first penquin is my favorite - too cute!
From a computer programmer to a stay home mom, would be a big switch! Although, in our neigborhood, we have computer programmer who works from home! Good talking to you - wishing you some good diversion this week, Jesh
I hope he plays well and take your song requests :) #MCoW
ReplyDeleteThank goodness for the invention of drum pads!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking that makes a terrific racket!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us at https://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2020/05/a-surprise-visitor.html
I suppose he could be singing off-tune as he drums!!!
ReplyDeleteYour corner is interesting this week! Thanks for sharing it at the 'My Corner of the World' link up.
An inspired invention. We must also please the children, but we must also live in relative peace.
ReplyDeleteHave a good day!
I like this kind of drums. They are easy to use and mobile. Happy WW.!
ReplyDeletehow cool. I will show this to my brother who has a problem with his hands and can´t play his guitar :)
ReplyDeleteIt’s not taking much to annoy me on some of these quarantine days.
ReplyDeleteThat's a cool instrument!
ReplyDeleteA tad annoying is way better than a real drum set. I can attest to that. My son had a drum set and it was loud and very annoying.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥
Does the player need headphones to hear what he is playing?
ReplyDeleteThat sure looks like he is having a lot of fun with those drums! :) My 15 yo would love it, I am certain. Not too sure how I would react to the noise though!! LOL!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining us this week, Veronica! Hope you're doing good and staying safe!
Happy #ww and a blessed week ahead, dear friend.
Best wishes,
Esha
It might have been fun and a new creative skill too!
ReplyDeleteEverything is annoying these days...even if it doesn't make sound. I find that my tolerance level is really low. Ask Joe. Hahaha!
ReplyDeleteGlad he is at least doing something productive!
ReplyDeleteWeeks ago the neighbours upstairs moved out. It's been so nice and quiet. Yesterday someone else moved in. Lots of noise from furniture moving around. My comment was, "It could be worse, they could have a kid running around." Living in an apartment style condo does have a few drawbacks. - Margy
ReplyDeleteI think it's funny... to him. :)
ReplyDeleteAll the best, Veronica! <3
Glad he is having fun :)
ReplyDelete"If music be the food for love, play on..."
ReplyDeleteI'm glad he is having fun and staying spirited.
One thing the lockdown sure has revealed is that kids are far more resilient than adults.
Who would have thought they'd manage so well, staying indoors.
Much love to all of you.
Have a great week ahead!
It's a great and noisy idea I think!
ReplyDeleteGreetings
Kirsi
Hahaha ! a real one would be the ideal gift for parents you don't like !!
ReplyDeleteI never heard these kind of drums!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how the sound is changing between circles.
But I suppose not much. In a park is something, but in an apartment I am not sure is good for the neighbors.
All the best in your world!
What fun that would be!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad your son is doing something fun during this quarantine.
ReplyDeleteBut, I can imagine being expose to the drumming whole day :).
Stay safe and thank you for visiting my blog.
One word - earplugs.
ReplyDeleteAmalia
xo
Do you get a turn too. :)
ReplyDeleteI'd have to put some headphones on and turn up the volume.
How very clever! I didn’t know there was such a thing. My younger brother played drums and something like that would have made our family more popular with the neighbors! (Of course that was so early last century ...long before anyone knew what i pads were ..
ReplyDeleteIsaak had one of those things. His was battery operated only. We made him give it up. It ate away at batteries like crazy!
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun, and much less noisy than a real set of drums.
