    1. I want to know too! They look quite clean and well-fed. Maybe they belong to some stall owners there.

  5. The picture of the dogs sleeping on the ground is fun!
Paris is really beautiful. I have been to Paris three times, and I would like to visit it once again.
    Nice post, Veronica!
    Have a nice week :-)

  6. Dear Veronica, the sleeping dogs look really cute. Exhausted but sweet. They would probably like your dog biscuit. And your food photos are stunning again - it all looks very delicious! Your pictures of the Cavalerie in Paris 2019 and the nostalgic sewing machine are also nice. I also have such an old piece (from my grandmother) at home, but not with Asian characters, but with the inscription "Singer". It only has decorative value because the lower part is missing.
All the best and a good start into the new week, Traude

  8. Those dogs look exhausted! We don't seem to have as many loose dogs in the US but I have seen tons of loose dogs in Europe. Your cookies are adorable and it's always fun to see pics of Paris!

  9. Let Sleeping Dogs Lie. That's a fabulous title! As always, your photos are wonderful -- I especially liked the sewing machine, which reminded me of my grandmothers!

  13. I'm wondering about those dogs. Was it hot out? Why were they there? That image gives more questions than answers.

  14. All is looking good and the dogs are resting. Must say I've never seen dogs in public like that. If we own a dog they must be on a leash in public areas at all times.

  15. These are beautiful photos and collages.
The sleeping dogs are street dogs?
If so, I find that very pathetic and sad.
Here in the Netherlands we don't have stray dogs, they all have an owner.
    The food looks delicious.
    Greetings Irma

  17. How strange to see five dogs sleeping at one time. Your Paris pictures are lovely. Nel just got back from Italy. Have you heard of Bellagio? The doggy cookies are cute. And I love that last photo. Looks like the old Singer sewing machines we have here.

Have a blessed week, my friend.
