It is kind of a cool idea, especially for those who totally love their pets. I am with you though, Does it smell like a wet dog when wet??? I guess I will never know because I would never do a sweater from dog fur.

The sweaters make me itch looking at them let alone what they would smell like if you got caught in the rain.

At first I was scrolling through and thought...what beautiful dogs...then I had to reread when I got to the bottom. Dog fur clothes. I need to wrap my brain around it... The stuff actually looks pretty fashionable. But I was wondering about the smell when wet? I've never seen anything like this! Thanks for linking up with us at the MTMmixer this week!

My second golden lab shed a TON all the time, but especially in the spring. I could comb out a full grocery bag of fur in one sitting come April. A lady down the road asked me for the combings and spun them into wool. She DID knit a sweater out of my dog's fur. It looked like my dog, smelled like my dog and gave her cat conniption fits. I don't recommend it.
