Swan Taro Puffs and Piggy Baos

Look what we found when The Hubs and I were having breakfast at a new yum cha joint in our neck of the woods!

I've seen dumplings and baos in the shapes of Minions, pandas, Disney characters, etc. on Instagram but these swans are my first.

I don't usually photograph my food before I devour them but these are just too cute to pass!

Guess who was waiting impatiently and rolling his eyes while I took the pictures!

Do you get annoyed when a meal is served and your Instagram-obsessed friends yell for you to stop just as you are about to dig into your favorite food so they can shoot every dish on the table?

Veronica,

I don't photograph my food normally, either. But...when I do DH never complains, he usually smiles. I'm am not familiar with taro puffs or baos. I will have to Google these to learn more but whatever they are, they are neat looking. The piggies are the cutest. Thanks for popping by to dance with me this morning! Have a good day!!

I don't photograph food. I'm not sure why everyone does that now. I can understand if it is cute...like in this case...

I don't think I could eat them being so cute and with little faces!

They are super cute! Do you ever have a hard time eating cute things? I've had people tell me my food is too cute to eat. I admire it, and gobble it down.

Generally don't find it all that interesting unless it is something cute or fun.

These look so cute. We have a Chinese supermarket not far from home and the kids love going there. We have picked up some custard filled bunny face dumplings but I haven't steamed them yet. Sarah #FabFridayPost
