What a pretty flower/plant! They do look like popsicles :) I think heaven is going to be far greater than popsicles growing from plants :) But I would imagine it could be possible to have those kind of plants there :)
You mentioned on my post you loved blue flowers. Well my favorite flower is any that's red. I love the contrast of complimentary red and green. Even a red Cardinal in a green tree. These are beautiful shots of this red ginger flower. Looks like the ants think so as well.
Dear Veronica, popsicles on plants, what a nice idea! :-D At least for the ants, this is very close. The plant looks fascinating, I've never seen it! Hugs and best wishes, Traude https://rostrose.blogspot.com/2021/05/drei-schone-tage-im-april-und-haben.html
This plant looks great! Cheer up the garden or house (if it can be grown in pots, at home). I searched on Google and found many species of ginger flower, with different aspects and scientific names. This seems to be Costus Woodsonii. Correct?
Hello my friend, long time no talk too? hahaha How are you on this very nice day! I live in Illinois near the Fox River! Sunshine galore today and ooops the phone rang!!! It was my granddaughter to tell me she had her baby on the 10th. She wanted to wait until she was a bit better. How thoughtful. My Great Granddaughter (OUCH), name is Ellie (short for Elliana), and she has a one year old named Daniella. So time to celebrate. Have a nice day! Oh, and I have a new blog (it might be temporary, but I shall let you know or check by Steve's... everybody goes there! hahaha Anyway here's my link: https://thenewxmasdolly.wordpress.com/2021/05/05/wordless-wednesday-with-xmasdolly I'm still looking for a domain I'll be comfortable with and affordable. Do you know of one???? PLEASE~!
What an interesting flower! I can see the resemblance to a popsicle. "Red" is always my favorite flavor of anything, if red can be considered a flavor. lol
I’m impressed, I have to admit. Rarely do I come across a blog that is both equally educative and amusing, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head on this topic. Thanks.

ReplyDeletePopsicles on plants reminds me of Willy Wonka.
ReplyDeleteThey do look like popsicles and I can see how a child could easily make that connection.
ReplyDeletefascinating flower
ReplyDeleteAn amazing and beautiful flower and plant. I've never seen them before. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteNow that is a truly beautiful plant - which would never grow here. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteFab photos first time I have seen one I like the close up very interesting :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a gingertastic week 👍
What an intriguing flower. Though there are far too many ants on them and they freak me out a bit.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful plant and flower! But I don't think slurping one on a hot day would be as good (or good for you) as a real raspberry popsicle ;>)!
ReplyDeleteHow unusual - I've never seen anything remotely like that!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2021/05/i-can-fly.html

Have an excellent day, Veronica! ♥
Those are pretty and unusual flowers. I see a lot of ants on them, but they will keep the aphids away.
ReplyDeleteThat's amazing Veronica. How beautiful. Needless to say we have nothing like that in the UK.
ReplyDeleteLove these butter gingered popsicles. I love how our imagination runs riot when we are kids.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely share.
I’m live too.

Hop in my dear friend. Hugs♥️
They would be ideal if the bugs would not be on them. Nobody wants a bug on their Popsicle.
ReplyDelete...I've seen them in Maui and I like them. It looks like the ant like them too!
ReplyDeletethat's so cool!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen these before. They are beautiful and the ants seem to love them very much too.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥
A very beautiful idea! I never think in such a way!
ReplyDeleteAnd I never seen such a flower!
Thank you, Veronica!
Happy WW!
