Hope you all had a terrific Christmas and are enjoying what's remaining of 2013 with your loved ones. We had a wonderful Christmas. My sisters and their families from Singapore and Canada and cousins from Australia celebrated Christmas over lunch at my parents' place. Lots of chaos but a very fun occasion.
Malaysian schools open on Thursday, Jan 2, 2014 and it will be tough to get back into rhythm after a two month break. I know, I've been slacking in the blogging department - blame it on the holiday mood that makes you wanna just sit back and relax and do nothing except maybe bake cookies!
Meanwhile, enjoy these mind-blowing mini works of art by makeup artist Tal Peleg from Israel who uses eyelids as her canvas.

ReplyDeleteIt's good to hear you had such a wonderful, happy time for the holiday...Yes, I do understand how difficult it will be to get back into routine again after a 2 month break!!
Happy New Year to you.
Hello my darling,I am glad you are OK and happy!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love your postings today so very much and I WANT TO SEND YOU MY BEST THOUGHTS and A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!
love AURELIA and DANA
Wow, those are amazing! Happy New Year to you and your family!
ReplyDeleteSo, do you do both eyes the same??? Those are incredible. I imagine folks would be staring at your eyelids when you talk to them, though.
ReplyDeleteUgh..going back to the routine hurts, doesn't it? I've been working throughout the holiday so it isn't as bad when the New Year starts. That helps a little...
Just ease into it, pally. Happy New Year to you and the family!
We're still in holiday mood here too. :)
ReplyDeleteThe eyeshadow is cool!!
Happy New Year to you!
WOW! I don't know if I'd have the time to do that. It looks super cool though!
ReplyDeleteSo cool! I wonder how the artist does it. :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
My fav is the Princess and the pea. So happy for you and your sisters from around the globe all being with your mother to celebrate. That must have been awesome. Do you all gather regularly or was it super special for a reunion? My holiday was a happy/sad one. We were with all 4 Grands ... Good times...but mt 36 yr old son destroyed his knee on the 22nd while skiing ...terrible bad times! He is now home from hospital, surgery to rebuild the joint has a guarded prognosis. Recovery will be long and drawn out. It was hard to say goodbye and fly home, leaving him in Alberta. The New Year will bring whatever it will and we will face it bravely. Here's hoping for health and happiness for us all. Many blessings, Veronica.
ReplyDeleteamazing, that is one way to get your eyes noticed! Sending you wishes for a Happy & healthy New Year!
