Dear bloggy buddies, if you haven't been seeing my comments, do check you spam box!
Interesting about the elephant
ReplyDeleteThe food looks so yummy. I didn't know that about the elephant statues. That parrot is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteAfter the Rain photos, loved... Thanks for your sharing:)
ReplyDeleteThat Korean feast for Mother's Day looks about as good as it gets. Make me wish I was a mother!
ReplyDeleteAll your food always looks so delicious! I must have known that elephant fact as I have a few elephant sculptures that have their trunks raised in the air! :) Your Eiffel Tower photos are wonderful--I hope to see it in person one day!
ReplyDeleteI will check spam, for sure. Some of my comments on other blogs have met the same fate.
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
Those flowers with the water droplets on them are exquisite! And I have never heard of steamed eggs, but they look delicious! I have noticed comments going into spam. I'm glad that I get the email notices of comments so that when I go and look for them on my blog to respond to and they are not posted, I know they are stuck in spam. Not happy with Blogger doing that! I hope you had a great Mother's Day Veronica!
ReplyDeletebetty
I knew that elephants were supposed to have their trunks up. I thought elephants with trunks down were bad luck. Thank you for correcting my misinformation.

Bellas flores me dio ganas del menú del día de la madre. Me gustaron las fotos de torre Eifeel. Te mando un beso.

Dearest Veronica,
ReplyDeleteWhat a feast for the eye; photos that are poetry!
Yes, I also noticed comments in my spam, without me sending them there...
It is a constant struggle that Blogger thing.
Hugs,

The flowers after the rain looks very pretty! Here we have the worst drought for a hundred years or so, so I wish I got some rain here.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, Veronica!
The Mother's Day feast looked really mouthwatering. Love the wind spinners!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Macaw, well photographed, and the Eiffel Tower, great pictures.
ReplyDeleteWonderful series of beautiful photos. My favorite is the Macaw, it's so colourful.
ReplyDeleteThat's the first time I've seen the Eiffel Tower up close, what an amazing structure! Beautiful flowers, bird and food. I've had the Kimchi soup before and it's wonderful! Thanks for another trip around the world from my chair :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun collection, as always! Loved the travel, the food, the bird life, all of it. Very curious about the technique for steamed eggs, and am going to look that up (they look like perfectly made delicious scrambled ones). I am certainly going to make sure any elephant statues I ever get have trunks up!!!
ReplyDeleteThese colors just started my morning off so happily! And anytime I see the Eiffel Tower, I know a good day is in store. Thanks for wonderful pix. And yes, I now check my comment spam every day -- and almost always find the comments of good blog friends there!
ReplyDeleteGostei de tudo o que vi.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e boa semana.

Lovely colourful photos.I am getting the same problems with comments going into spam. I get the notifications but they don't appear on my blog. They weren't waiting to be moderated either so I went hunting for them and found about 15 stuck in spam. I have found in quite a few blogs I comment on that the comment disappears instead of publishing. Very annoying!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for showing me such a wonderful place
ReplyDeleteThe hibiscus is so pretty after the rain. Love the wind spinners, too. They would add a lot of life to a garden and the little ones would enjoy them, too. Delicious looking food! Have a good week, Veronica.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are gorgeous today! Especially the Eifel Tower ones! I love the wind spinners and the meaning of the elephant with the upturned trunk.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Wednesday!

Dear Veronica,
ReplyDeleteI think the comment function is currently "work in progress", so there are a few stupid things happening. One of my long-time blog friends also ended up in the spam folder, while real spam was not recognized ;-) I hope they can fix this soon. Very nice your photos again - I love flowers after the rain and parrots and hope to visit the Eiffel Tower one day, too. Your food photos are another attack on my resilience ;-DD
Hugs from Austria,
Traude
That Khimchi soup looks inviting.
ReplyDeleteThose steamed eggs and bbq looked really good, Veronica Lee, as does all the food you show in these posts. I know not to look before having eaten!
ReplyDeleteAs for blogger comments, I have read that many people are having issues in not being able to post comments. I have not noticed any problems in either doing so or receiving comments on my posts.

ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI am not sure what is happening with the comments, some times I try to comment and they disappear? This is my second try. I enjoyed your mosaic and wonderful photos. The Parrot is beautiful and I love the view of the Eiffel Tower. Beautiful flowers! The Mother's Day feast looks delicious. Take care, have a great day and a happy weekend!
Muy bonito todo ❤
ReplyDeleteOh I do love that parrot guy! Too fun!
ReplyDeleteI love your posts with the variety of images. I'm working on a very difficult (to me) jigsaw puzzle on my ipad that features the Eiffel tower. I've been working two weeks on it!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos!! Delicious food, coulourful spinners and amazing close up of the Tower.
ReplyDelete-Soma
macaw looks very beautiful ....
ReplyDeleteHappy mother day
Love the Eiffel tower pics! We didn't get a chance to spend time sightseeing when we were in Paris in 2019, we really went just to go to Disney for the kids, haha! I'd love to go back one day though!
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a good weekend. It's another rainy day here!
Away From The Blue
I love how flowers look after the rain! They're quite so lovely.
ReplyDeleteAnd once again, the food made me crave.. I love the Kimchi soup, it is something I miss!
Oh my gosh, I think I'm going to have to come back another time to look more carefully. I am trying to catch up a bit before I make some dinner and your scrumptious food is making me so hungry I believe I will have to go and start cooking (and tasting as I go)!! Thanks for the lovely pics.
ReplyDeleteYour work here on this blog has been top notch from day 1. You've been continously providing amazing articles for us all to read and I just hope that you keep it going on in the future as well. Cheers! types of aquatic plants
