The final image is the most used one for books, drawings and even for the ONLY mushroom emoji available 🍄 but it is a poisonous one!!!

“Mushrooms seamlessly become part of the terrain,” seems like a bit of an oxymoron. They ARE part of the terrain, they don’t have to BECOME part of the terrain.

ReplyDeleteI agree with your opening information that while these images were previously shown in collages, they deserved to be highlighted in a separate post. Certainly, the artists and naturalists worked together to create such beautiful images.
