  6. Dearest Veronica,
Love these travel photos and you made me happy for showing something from my birth country and from the country where we lived and worked; Roman baths.
Well, we also worked in Tamil Nadu so that recipe made me mouthwater.

  12. I was taught as a young boy that green was a perfect match for everything, since all the trees and flowers have green leaves, no matter what the colour of their flowers and fruit.

  19. Ooooo, I love when you do color themed posts. Green is such a cool color, and in nature it represents calming and relaxing. The green bus, green houses, green bike, and green bird, I love it all! You even have green rolled up pancakes on your post. How unique and Yummy they must be filled with coconut. That green Parrot is really something else. Thanks for sharing your green post. It really made me smile. Nel's favorite color is green. ; )

  33. I can remember my mother taking me to the Roman Baths as a chid. We were allowed to paddle in the water back then. Maybe that is why it is a murky green colour! I have been several times since and I can't remember ever having seen it with clear water.I like the windmills and the green pancakes look tasty.

  34. Nice collection of green things. Haven't had surul appam in years. We're lucky we can grow pandan leaves in Florida, to achieve that green coloring in desserts.

  39. Dear Veronica,
I love your travel photos... and I think I have a longing to travel again myself... I also saw the Dutch windmills years ago, but I didn't know the Green tram. And where did you photograph The Roman Baths? Right in Rome? Beautiful, I didn't know. Very nice, the green parrot. And I actually ate the delicious pancakes filled with grated coconut and palm sugar in Kerala / India, but they weren't green there... Too bad, because green is my favorite color :-)
