  6. Seeing the tofu reminds me that we should do more with it, but we never seem to! Next time I go shopping I will buy some and that will compel us to use it. We need some creative recipes - of which there is no shortage, of course.

  10. Both the Dendrobium Miss Singapore and Red First Love blooms were colorful blooms, Veronica Lee. It was amazing to see Miss Singapore growing outdoors within the dead tree. I also have only seen a black crowned night heron in captivity, but have seen great blue and little blue herons outdoors when we lived in VA.

  49. Those pink flowers are so pretty, and such a vibrant color. And I love the red ones also. I always have to stop for red flowers and red birds. Speaking of birds, these are awesome photos of the Heron. Really nice and vivid. The Tofu dish looks delicious.
