And fall screams PUMPKINS to me!

There's nothing like a hot and spicy pumpkin curry to warm hungry tummies on a cold day.

Here are my favourite pumpkin curry recipes to share.

ENJOY!

  4. I have never had a pumpkin curry, but since pumpkins are available everywhere at this time of the year, and we use curry frequently, it might be the time to give it a try!

  7. In the US, at any rate, pumpkin spice is overdone this time of year - cookies, cakes, pies, teas, coffee drinks, milkshakes - YIKES! But some of these dishes look interesting.

  14. Ah Veronica, only had pumpkin curry in a restaurant. That would be a great way to use a pumpkin. All Seasons gives many thanks for these recipes:):) You're the best! Only in the last few years I have caught on to curies - we both like them much. There is one groceries store here in the USA which sells a yellow and a red curry. But they're both rather sharp - - great to add one more mellow in taste! Have a great rest of the week. Jesh

  26. I think I am the odd one out, but I do not like pumpkin. My first and last taste of pumpkin was when my cousin gave me one and I made a pie. I threw it away! It might have been the way I made it, but I have never tasted one since.

  27. We enjoy some roasted pumpkin occasionally but I have to say it was a bit disturbing to not find one orange pumpkin when I moved to New Zealand! Mostly they are gray on the outside but still taste good!

Your link at 'My Corner of the World' this week is greatly appreciated!!

  36. Here in the US I don't think many people would think about cooking anything with pumpkin other than pie. Which considering that It is a squash is kind of odd. Thanks for the recipes!
