The name is a misnomer  there's no fish in this dish at all! This classic derives its name from the quintessential sweet, sour, and spicy sauce for Sichuan fish dishes.

    Sure, such authentic food works fabulous for feeling together as one family and one culture—love that.
    You have seen such special places like the Baptismal font at Salisbury Cathedral—Cruciform in shape and with a three meter span to allow total immersion... No wonder you got such perfect reflection!
