Valentine Ribbon Rose Cookies

Bear with me, pallies!  I know I've been posting nothing but cookies lately. I can't help it, folks! I am having so much fun decorating cookies with royal icing and fondant.
I saw these on Ali Bee's blog and they were calling out to me. Make me!  Make me!
