Separating Egg White From Yolk Using Bottle

I learned this neat  trick from a video in an e-mail forward from my sweet bloggy buddy Sandra Stein aka Great Granny Grandma. Thanks Sandra!  The original video is in Chinese so I am sharing this instead.

Isn't this an egg-cellant idea? And mess-free too. I am soooo using this method from now onwards.

  1. Is it bad that I'm too lazy to do that. I separate in my hand.

  3. I saw this on Facebook..it is a cool idea. My mom taught me how to use the shells to separate the yolk and white. I've been doing it so long it is really fast for me and no clean up :) I would (will) totally try this just to try it though. I bet my girls would love it!

  6. I usually have no problem just doing it with my hand, but this is a fast, easy tip. I think if I was having to do a lot of of eggs I'd do this. Also if a kid wants to help it would be ideal.
