The Vienna Vegetable Orchestra

They play with their food... literally. The Vienna Vegetable Orchestra is a unique ensemble of 11 musicians who make vegetable music with carrot flutes, pumpkin basses, leek violins, leek-zucchini-vibrators, cucumberophones and celery bongos.

At the end of their performance, the vegetable scraps are cooked and the audience is treated to a bowl of bubbling vegetable soup.

  3. Interesting what people can make music from...but not sure after seeing them wrap their mouths around the "instruments" (you know their blowing spit inside) that I would be inclined to eat..lol
