Small Hands, Big Gestures

Stumbled upon this during a walking tour in Zadar—kids’ artwork from a kindergarten strung across an alley, and even a little box where they leave fruit pits wrapped in paper for planting.

Such a sweet reminder that imagination and kindness can brighten everyday corners.

"KAD JEDEMO VOĆE NAĐEMO KOŠTICE I ONDA IH POKLONIMO DA SADIMO STABLO. KOŠTICE SMO SAMOTALI U PAPIR VAMA SA DAR. UZIMTE SADITE ILI RASPJITE PO SELENIM POVUŠINAMA."

This roughly translates to: "When we eat fruit, we find pits and then we gift them so we can plant a tree. We wrapped the pits in paper as a gift for you. Take them, plant them, or scatter them across green areas."

  7. That's cute, and a step up from putting it on the refrigerator.

I guess it doesn't rain there very much? Or is the art waterproofed somehow?
